Chance The Rapper and Kirsten Corley celebrated their love with a beautiful wedding ceremony on Saturday. Photos were shared on social media and multiple media reports.
Chance confirmed Wednesday he was tying the knot over the weekend in a Twitter thread about how he met Corley. He said the two met in 2003 when he was 9 at his mom’s office party.
Chance The Rapper sported a white tuxedo jacket with a black bow-tie that coordinated with his black pants. The bride wore a strapless ballgown with structured bodice. Her hair was swept back with loose locks framing her face. In the photos, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West can be seen smiling next to Dave Chappelle at the festivities.
Chance reminisced on childhood experiences with wife Kirsten Corley. He said his dad told him to show off hisvI shook my head with anxiety, moved to the back of the crowd and never even introduced myself,” he continued. “16 years later it’s happening This (weekend) is the time, and the place is my wedding. I’m gonna dance with my wife because this is my destiny.”
The wedding was held at Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, California. The pair actually first got married more than two months ago, on December 27, though it seems safe to say that, unlike this time around, their previous civil ceremony at the Cook County clerk’s office in Chicago wasn’t attended by Kim Kardashian or Kanye West.
