Married at First Sight Season 15 Brings on Devon Franklin
The ex-husband of Meagan Good, Devon Franklin snagged an expert seat for the new Married at First Sight season 15 on Lifetime.
Is love at first sight a real thing? According to the show “Married at First Sight,” it is. The popular reality TV series follows couples who have agreed to get married after meeting for the first time. While some of the couples end up getting divorced, others are still together and seem to be very happy. So, what’s the secret to their success? Is it true love or just a case of them being lucky enough to not have any major personality clashes? Only time will tell!
In effort of finding love for these optimistic singles relationship advisors support the newlyweds prior to their eight-week experiment. Previous experts include Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Pastor Cal Henderson and Dr. Viviana Coles. But during Married at First Sight season 15 a new expert joins the panel.
Due to Viviana Cole exiting the series, Devon Franklin replaces her seat. So why, Franklin?
The ex-husband of Meagan Good actually practices relationship expertise. For example, the four-time author wrote two books centered around love and relationships. That includes 2019’s The Truth About Men: What Men and Women Need to Know and 2016’s The Wait. The latter was co-written with ex-wife, actress Meagan Good. Although, the motivational speaker also experienced divorce he managed a 9-year relationship with Good.
The New York Time bestselling author spoke out about his divorce saying, “After much prayer and consideration we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected,” they said in a joint statement at the time. “We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There’s no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love. We are incredibly grateful for the life-changing years we’ve spent together as husband and wife. We are also extremely thankful to God for the testimony being created inside us both and for blessing our lives with each other.”
Franklin and now fellow freshman Holec advise five couples paired from San Diego. The Season 15 premiere is July 6 at 8p/7c on Lifetime also the first season via the west coast.
