Eminem takes a poll on the Nicki Minaj dating story last night by asking the Boston Calling crowd if he should date her, confirming that he wants to, he jokingly tells Nicki that he’ll be home tonight.
“Let me make sure so I can actually make this official,” said Em. “How many people in Boston want me to date Nicki Minaj? Well goddamn it, me too!” The crowd erupted in cheers. “Yo, hold on. Nicki, if you get this message just text me later, we’ll talk about it.” Fortunately for fans of both Nicki and Em, this is now turning into one of the most unexpected, frankly hilarious bits of superstar trolldom we’ve ever seen. Nicki even tweeted about this last night and you can almost hear the smile in her voice when you read this.
Last week, a fan commented on Nicki’s Instagram video, in which she was rapped her verse on YG’s “Big Bank” and mentioned Eminem. When asked if the two were dating, Nicki responded with a simple “yes.”
Eminem jumped on Onika’s post replying to that question by saying “Girl you know it’s true,”.
