So is Kanye just messing with us. One moment social media is debating over Kanye being a great candidate, the next moment they are debating over why he dropped out. Yet, this is typical Yeezy to change by this mind at any moment. It’s kind of like we are reliving the release of “Jesus Is King” in a political sense. We just never know what Kanye will say next. Yet his openness to be indecisive and vulnerable is applauding in a sense.
A member of his campaign team, Steve Kramer, who had been hired to help Kanye get on the ballot in Florida and South Carolina, has reportedly told the outlet that he will no longer run.
“He’s out,” Steve said.
When asked to elaborate on what happened, he said: “I’ll let you know what I know once I get all our stuff canceled. We had over 180 people out there today.”
“I have nothing good or bad to say about West. Everyone has their personal decision about why they make decisions. Running for president has to be one of the hardest things for someone to actually contemplate at that level…any candidate running for president for the first time goes through these hiccups,” he also said.
“Kramer noted that the staff he had hired were disappointed not just because they would be out of a job, but because they were excited about what a Kanye West campaign represented,” the outlet reported.
West has missed deadlines for states including Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, New York, Maine, New Mexico and Indiana.v. Sources say Kanye may be struggling with his decision.
