Meghan Markle is giving her father his first grandchild by Prince Harry. Meggan Markle ‘s father told The Mail on Sunday that he is very excited, and how the found out.
“I was sitting in line waiting to cross the border when I heard the baby announcement on the car radio,” Thomas said. “The first thing I thought about was holding Meghan in my arms as a newborn 37 years ago. I thought, ‘My baby is having a baby.’ It was a very proud moment.”
“I was filled with love, joy and happiness for both my beautiful daughter and my son-in-law,” he added. “A new baby is a blessing and I look forward to seeing a little Meghan or a little Harry.”
Kensington Palace had announced Meghan Markle was pregnant on Monday, and was able to capture the reaction of Meghan Markle’s mother.
“Ms. Ragland is very happy about this lovely news, and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild,”
Although, Meghan Markle and her fathers relationship has not looked the best to the public, Thomas Markle is excited and says he will not say anything bad about his daughter.
“I don’t want anyone to feel sorry for me,” he explained. “Me not getting a call is most likely a misunderstanding about my two back-to-back heart attacks and me missing the wedding. There has been so much misinformation and lies that perhaps made them mistrust me.”
Meghan Markle’s father also says he was not surprised about the baby. He told The Mail that Meghan Markle loves kids.
“Meghan loves children and she and Harry have been talking about wanting a family from the start. I’m delighted for them both. She’s always been wonderful with children and most of her friends have families so she’s used to being around kids. She will make a fantastic mother.”
Although, Meghan Markle’s father has not really been in touch with her hes says,
“I love my daughter and always will. Meghan will be a great mom. I wish her and Harry nothing but the best.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expected to have their first child in Spring of 2019. According to sources Meghan Markle will rest from the remainder of the tour with husband Prince Harry. Sources say Meghan Markle needs to preserve her stamina, particularly in light of her just-announced pregnancy. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry decided that resting was the best decision at this time. We are glad to hear that Meghan Markle has support from both sides of hwr family.
