The two began dating soon after Woods long relationship with former BFF Kylie Jenner.
Jordyn revealed she felt like she lived in the shadow of Kylie during a KUWTK episode. Jenner hung on to Woods so much that she fake married her former BFF in 2017. Remember the one-time Jordyn tried to date and Kylie was right there in the car watching. So, when the two separated due to not so smart moves, we could imagine the need for a new friend.
Soon after the Good American jean model publicized her relationship with her boyfriend, in 2020.
Woods posted pictures of them together celebrating her 23rd birthday in Mexico. At the time, Woods told Extra how their relationship came about. “We have been friends for a long time,” she said.
“Naturally, we both connected about losing a parent at a very young age. So, it was a very organic relationship that we’d been best friends for a while.”
Towns once said his girlfriend came in time. So, assumingly he did too. That much needed friendship just hit a new milestone. Basically, John Woods, who was Jordyn’s father, lost his battle to cancer in 2017 and Jordyn Woods boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns mother Jacqueline Cruz died in April 2020 after complications from COVID.
The couple celebrated two years together. The Minnesota Timberwolves player lavished his girlfriend with a weekend getaway. the couple stayed at the resort where John and Jackie Kennedy had their honeymoon, the Kennedy Suite at Santa Barbara’s San Ysidro Ranch. The gratitude didn’t stop there. Karl-Anthony also kitted sis with a wardrobe and high-end photo shoot at the resort.
During Facebook Watch’s Peace of Mind with Taraji in October 2021 Jordyn Woods boyfriend stated he felt as though his mom gifted him with the reality star. “I feel, like, in a way, when my mom passed, she said, ‘I’m not going to leave you alone. I’mma make sure you know who you’re supposed to be with,’” he said.
