Simone Biles Makes History With a Never done Before Flip Celebrity News

Simone Biles continues to show why we love her so much. She most recently took a brave flip into making history, literally. Biles is known for performing the most difficult stunts. Last year she pulled off “hardest move in the world” at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships. She trained for the notoriously difficult Yurchenko double pike, a vault that some consider too dangerous for the Olympics.

Not even the pandemic can stop her from challenging her moves, Simone Biles entertained through social media as she showed up everybody else’s handstand challenges back in April when she debuted her own version managing to take off her sweatpants while maintaining a free handstand. And her home core workout is definitely not for beginners.

One would think that Simone Biles would be a bit laxed after lockdown but she took to Twitter to show how fired up she really is. The Twitter video showed Biles successfully pulling off what the Olympic Channel called a “triple-twisting double back off the balance beam.” It’s move that has never been done before… until now.

To top off the never done before move Biles captioned it with “sometimes I flip and what not” like it was no big deal.

The Twitter post of the triple-double dismount is the first glimpse of her training that Biles has shared on social media since the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games were officially postponed until 2021. Although it seems too simple for Biles, she will not be able to perform this flip at the rescheduled games next year. Unfortunately, it’s deemed too risky.
