EVERETT, Wash. – Police say a stolen Kia was used to smash through the front of a tobacco shop in Everett, and burglarize it.
Video shared with FOX 13 shows massive damage to the storefront.
“I was frying donuts when it happened,” said Tyler Meas, owner of Tyler’s Donut House. “I heard the crash and thought it was an earthquake.”
“Peeking through the window I saw a car, heard some noise and called 911,” said Meas.
Crews spend a large portion of Sunday cleaning up the mess and reframing the storefront.
