Tamar and David may not have been the fairytale couple tamartians were hoping for.
A few months back tamartians were shocked to know that Tamar’s mental health was under attack.
Tamar was rushed to the hospital after an attempted overdose. Her boyfriend was around at the time. Some speculated that he was the cause.
Later reports stated that Tamar had been suffering from depression and she informed WE tv. In a statement she said that she felt her career demands as a reality star were both “excessive and unfair.”
WE tv honored request by Tamar to be relieved of her career with the company.
“Tamar Braxton has been an important part of our network family for more than a decade,” a WE tv spokesperson tells PEOPLE. “As she focuses on her health and recovery at what is clearly a difficult and personal time, we will work with her representatives to honor her request to end all future work for the network. We wish her nothing but the best.”
Tamar spoke out after the incident saying, “We have to normalize acknowledging (mental health) and stop associating it with shame and humiliation.”
Tamar has been very open with her life. She spoke about past abusive relationships openly, as well as her decisions with her career.
Unfortunately it seems as the cycle has popped back up with her latest boyfriend.
According to sources close to Braxton, the ex-couple got into a heated altercation while driving to check the reality star into a mental health facility for treatment. We’re told on the way, Tamar questioned Adefesco about a recent about an Instagram he shared featuring her 7-year-old son, Logan Herbert.
At that point, the couple apparently began arguing and Tamar told David he was “around for the wrong reasons and could not be trusted.”
The ‘Braxton Family Values‘ star claims David became “irate, threatening not only her life but his own.” She claims he said, they were going to end up in a “murder-suicide.”
On the offset David Adefesco claims he was recently attacked by Tamar. According to the docs, David claims he parked the car and Tamar started trashing it — allegedly smashing the camera and rearview mirror. He claims he suffered bruising to his neck and shoulder area along with the damage to his Rolls.
Nevertheless, David and Tamar are not on the same accord as it seemed. The couple have even been debating over abstinence while not being married.
