Reports of Zonnique being pregnant started spiraling last week. However, Zonnique had not fully come out to her parents to confirm the facts.
Zonnique told her father about her pregnancy – on a LIVE TV show on Fox Soul.
The rumors started with M.T.O and later Zonnique reported the facts to PEOPLE.
“It really sucks being pregnant during the coronavirus,” she admitted. “At first, I’m like, ‘This is the perfect time, like everybody is locked in. I don’t have to worry about going out. So if I want to hide it for however long, I can hide.’
“But when it comes to going to doctor’s appointments, I go to all of them by myself. I ask every single time, ‘Can I bring my boyfriend?’ And they’re like, ‘No, only you can come.’ That’s been the worst part,” she added.
“I’m hoping by the time I’m ready to have the baby it will be over with. But I’m sure it won’t be, so I’ll be in there with one person, most likely. I’m just trying not to get my hopes too high anymore.”
During the episode of Fox Soul, Zonnique sent a photo of her ultrasound as her little secret. The first assumption was that the ultrasound belonged to Lil Romeo.
“Why yal gotta point to me?” Lil Romeo joked while admitting he had baby fever.
Then T.I was then asked who he thought the ultrasound belonged to. He quoted saying, “if you know who you is, then you’ll know who you ain’t. By process of elimination I know it ain’t me so I’mma say anybody but Nique Nique.”
Well yes he was wrong. Zonnique said “It’s me pops. That’s what’s going on in the mix today … Breaking news.”
“Is this live” T.I says with a shocking smile on his face.
“We wanted to save it for the mix” Zonnique laughed, also saying “Where is my momma at.”
Well Tiny Harris seemed to be excited and ready to become a grandma she posted the news to her Instagram with joy saying, “I can finally say…My baby is having a baby!!
