At least 33 people have reportedly been confirmed dead in China’s last weekend floods.
According to local media reports, Chinese authorities are ramping up rescue activities.
It would be recalled that heavy rainfall badly affected China’s Henan province last weekend.
According to reports, hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced, and that 1.22 billion yuan (about $190 million) of economic damage, has been recorded by Henan authorities.
The affected province is believed to be home 99 million residents.
The Henan province is considered one of China’s most populous and poorest provinces.
