Around 7:40 p.m., video posted to social media showed a plume of smoke rising from a fire on the 4700 block of West 19th Street.
Fire crews at the scene could be seen using a ladder to the roof to fight the blaze, video showed.

Authorities said fire crews saw large flames when they first arrived at the scene but quickly got the fire under control.
Four people were displaced by the fire, authorities said, though no one was injured.
A singed and shattered second-story window was left behind after the blaze.
