Megan Thee Stallion says the internet loves to see bad things before good news as she shows off her stitched up foot from bullet shots.
Stallion aired out the nay sayers who tried to deny that she was shot since she was able to perform with Cardi B for the “WAP” video.
According to Megan, it’s only been two weeks since her stitches were removed. She stated regardless of her circumstances she was ready to celebrate her number one hit with Cardi.
On her post she added, “I usually don’t address internet bullsh*t but y’all people are so sick! God was really watching over me and I’m healing so well! Sorry I’m not ass sad and miserable as a lot of y’all lol but ima keep being Megan Thee Mf STALLION.” ‘Nuff said.
Megan has not been alone in her stance against domestic violence. Her team of friends have been showing her true loyalty. Kehlani spoke out about staying true to Standing up against woman abuse and domestic violence in general but mainly for her friend Megan Thee Stallion.
Prior to the incident Kehlani recorded with Torey Lanez for her new album. She stated that people were asking her if she would still appear with him for the album. Kehlani made a decision to keep Lanez on the track but not on the video for the song “Can I”
“As someone with a large platform, as someone that people look up to, as a woman that makes other women feel safe and empowered, people were asking me, ‘Are you gonna keep somebody on it who doesn’t necessarily make us feel safe or empowered as a woman?’” she said in a new interview with Chicago radio station WGCI.
