Israel DMW apologizes to DJ Cuppy

Davido’s assistant, Israel DMW has tendered an unreserved public apology after he recently got served by Cuppy’s lawyers.

In a video shared on social media on Thursday, Israel DMW begged Cuppy to forgive his comments about not paying Zlatan Ibile for their ‘Gelato’ collaboration. He revealed that his comments on social media were based on what he heard as opposed to facts.

Recall Cuppy had threatened legal actions some weeks ago. True to her words, her lawyers served Israel this week. Cuppy’s lawyers demanded a public apology reviewed by their team which Israel complied.

The latest drama follows Israel’s post calling DJ Cuppy out for not paying Zlatan for their hit single ‘Gelato’. Cuppy had initially tweeted about Zlatan cutting her off months after their collaboration.
