The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has announced procuring $14 million worth of essential medical supplies.
According to UNDP Nigeria in a tweet sighted by African Entertainment on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, the essential medical supplies will be given to ECOWAS to enhance capacities of frontline responders providing care and treatment to those impacted by the virus.
“UNDP is proud to be able to continue to provide recovery support through the procurement of $14m worth of essential medical supplies which will be given to ECOWAS to enhance capacities of frontline responders providing care & treatment to those impacted by the virus”, the post read.
