    Naseeruddin Shah is recovering well but continues to be under observation

    Naseeruddin Shah was admitted to the hospital earlier this week after a patch of pneumonia was found in his lungs. The actor is being treated for the ailment at the PD Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai and a source close to the family revealed that he is now fine and recuperating.

    The source said, “He is stable and under observation. He is on medication and absolutely fine.” Shah’s manager had also earlier said that he might be discharged soon as he is stable and showing progress but his stay has been extended to keep an eye on his health till the doctors are absolutely sure of no relapse. 

    We wish the actor a speedy recovery.
