The Government of Kenya through its Health Ministry, has taken delivery of an estimated 880,000 doses of Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.
The vaccines were donated by the US Government to help boost Kenya’s vaccination drive.
The vaccines landed in Kenya on Monday morning, August 23, 2021, and were received health officials at the airport.

The Kenyan Government is planning to vaccinate 10 million people by the end of 2021 and 26 million by the end of 2022.
