Christians in East African nation, Mozambique, have resumed in-person worship following the relaxation of Covid-19 measures in the country.
Worshippers are returning to church as Mozambique faces gun violence in its northern zone.
Parish priest Georgio Ferretti is reported to have stated that many believers died during the third Covid-19 wave and it was difficult for grieving families because of the restrictions.
“We are very happy to be able to resume the service … now we are back and with all the preventive measures,” according to him.
