‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ is saving the box office.
For, the superhero movie has just reached a major milestone.
Over the weekend, the Sony and Marvel flick pulled in an estimated $81.5 million over the holiday weekend. As a result, the film’s global box office returns now stand over $1 billion.

In less than two weeks, ‘Spider-Man’ earned $467 million from North American theaters, and $587.1 million in overseas markets – for a total of $1.05 billion globally.
Moreover, it has gone on to become the first film to cross the $1 billion mark since ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.’
