In celeb life, Veteran rapper Joseph Haule, popularly known as Professor Jay, has been admitted at the Muhimbili hospital in Tanzania for 3 weeks now following an illness that is yet to be disclosed by his family.
However, having been hospitalized for that long, his friend AY now say that the rapper come politician is slowly getting back on his feet – but still needs prayers to get there. Speaking on the former Mikumi MP’s health update, AY said;

Our brother Professor Jay has been unwell for around three weeks now and is undergoing specialized treatment at the Muhimbili National Hospital. There is progress but let us keep praying for his full recovery. For now, the family has opted not to make his ailment public but all this will be disclosed in due course.
Seeking Financial assistance
From what AY says is that the rapper’s treatment around Sh200,000 per week – which is clearly expensive but so far the family has managed to pay a certain percentage of the bill.
But being a public figure, AY and the rest of the friends have come out to request fans and well-wishers to help settle the bill- however keep in mind, this is not something Professor Jay’s family is requesting for Speaking about this, AY said;

The family has not formally asked for financial assistance but as friends we are obligated to come through for him during this period. He has been a mentor and brother to most of us and has entertained us for over two decades.
Mzazi Willy M Tuva
Kenyan media personality and Mseto East Africa’s host Mzazi Willy M. Tuva also shared a touching message requesting fans to remember Professor Jay in their prayers as he also wished him a quick recovery.
Through his social media pages Mzazi wrote;
“Say a word of prayer for our brother. The power of prayer will restore his strength. Let us pray. Get well soon.”
