Ghanaian journalist Bridget Otoo is furious over an Accra Circuit Court’s ruling that convicts actress Akuapem Poloo over a nude photo she posted with her son on social media last year.
The actress has also been asked by the court to run a pregnancy test, per standard procedure, due to her guilty plea.
Ghanaians have taken to social media to drag the system over the matter. They say the child cannot be separated from his mother.
Bridget Otoo has also waded into the trending conversation, even as she rekindles ‘Ponzi scheme operator’ NAM 1’s case, saying even him is walking free.
She believes the man who has been described by the state as a scammer should rather be getting such treatment and not the socialite.
She took to Twitter to vent her anger where she wrote “NAM1 is still free and doing Instagram post. A man described by the state as a scammer. A man whose actions has killed people, rendered thousands jobless and some are at the point of suicide! He’s free cos he’s connected! #AkuapemPoloo.”

The final ruling would be done on Friday, April 16.
