Doctors to strike in Nigeria over poor pay


 

 

Doctors in Nigeria have declared an indefinite strike action. 

The doctors, being those in public hospitals, have cited poor pay as the reason for their intended strike action.

The National Association of Resident Doctors, has accused the President Buhari’s administration of “insensitivity and neglect”.

The doctors are taking the action amid coronavirus and Cholera outbreak.
