Ex-Zimbabwe Lawmaker Dies From Covid-19 Leaving Behind 12 Wives, 79 Children

An ex-lawmaker of Zimbabwe, Phibion Masamvu, has died from coronavirus, reports say.

According to local media reports in Zimbabwe, Mr. Masamvu passed away on January 30, 2021.

Reports say he left behind 12 Wives and 79 children.

His son, Mike Masamvu was one of the best O’Level students in Zimbabwe, African Entertainment has gathered. Mike, according to reports, scored 19As and a B in the 2019 November Zimsec examinations.

Mr Masamvu was a lawmaker on the ticket of ZANU PF, the party the late Robert Mugabe led as President.
