Ghanaian Teenager Stabs Best Friend To Death Over Jeans

A 19-year-old Ghanaian teenager, Nyamekye Beckham, has allegedly stabbed his best friend, Kojo Appiah, to death.

The deceased, African Entertainment is informed, is aged 16.

This portal gathered that the alleged killing occured on Monday, February 1, 2021 after a brawl ensued between the two at Abuakwa-Sepaaase in the Atwima Nwabiagye Municipality of the Ashanti Region.

An eyewitness, Nana Ampratum, who narrated the incident in an interview monitored by African Entertainment on Silver Fm, said the teenagers were friends but had little misunderstanding on the night of February 1, 2021.

Ampratum said the misunderstanding came about after Bechem claimed Kojo borrowed his jeans trouser but refused to pay back.

“ Nyamekye Bechem was unhappy about the reasons given to him by Kojo Appiah and furiously stabbed him to death.
Meanwhile Nyamekye Bechem has been arrested by the police for further interrogations concerning the murder of his friend whilst the dead body have been deposited at the morgue for autopsy,” according to Ampratum.
