Government Not Increasing Salaries

Minister-designate for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has debunked a recent rumour making rounds which suggests that he has informed the media of government’s decision to increase teachers salaries by 12.5 per cent.

Dr. Adutwum who serves as member of parliament, mp for Bosomtwe Constituency clarified the rumour on his Facebook account.

He said “I state categorically that, I have made no such remarks on any platform. The public should therefore disregard this news.”
