Jennifer Lopez and former fiance, Alex Rodriguez have revealed that they are still together despite the calling off of their engagement.
The couple revealed in a joint statement shared exclusively to People, that they have decided to stick together and work through this trying time.
According to a source close to the couple, they have been staying separately from each other, hence the strain on their relationship. Also, they never really officially broke up.
“They never officially broke up and talked about it but are still together. They hit a rough patch. But were not broken up,” the source revealed.
“She’s working in the Dominican Republic and he’s in Miami so it’s tough seeing each other especially with quarantining and COVID but they want to try to stay together.”
Lopez, 51 and Rodriguez, 45, got engaged in 2019 after warming the hearts of thousands with their numerous PDAs. The couple had dated for two years before their engagement.
