    Kenyan Pastor Sentenced to 140 Years Imprisonment For Impregnating Daughters

    A 51-year-old Kenyan pastor has been sentenced to 140 years behind bars after a court in Kirinyaga, Kenya found him guilty of impregnating two of his underage daughters. 

    John Gichini pled guilty to charges of abusing his daughters aged 14 and 16. According to Nairobi News Reports, one of his daughters has a seven-month-old daughter birthed from the years of abuse.

    In his court statement, Gichini blamed the devil for his crimes. He told the magistrate: “The devil reigning on earth and making people to sin. I sinned, but I’m remorseful and I will be very happy if pardoned. It was my first time to commit such a crime in my life.”
