Liverpool To Host League Leader Man United Today

Reigning English champions, Liverpool will be hosting current English Premier League leader, Man United later today, January 17, 2021.

Man United who sit at the top of the Premier League table with 38 points will be traveling to Anfield for the showpiece.

Liverpool are third on the table with 33 points and will definitely be looking to secure all three points to move back to the top of the table where they have been intermittently for the most part of the 2020/2021 Premier League season.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 4:30pm.

Man United are apparently hoping they can make the most of this season as far as winning the domestic league title is concerned.

The Old Trafford club last won the English Premier League title during the 2012/2013 season under the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson. During that season, United finished 11 points clear of second-place Manchester City.
