Not more than 30 mourners are expected to attend Prince Philip’s burial service.
The limited attendance is a mix of coronavirus restrictions and Prince Philip’s personal wishes.
Among those attending the burial service at the St. George’s Chapel, Windsor, are members of Prince Philip, and Queen Elizabeth II’s families.
All of the Duke of Edinburgh’s children, grandchildren, and three of his German relatives are expected to attend the funeral service taking place today, Saturday, April 17, 2021.
Prince Harry, Prince William and their father, Charles, are attending the solemn ceremony.
However, due to medical advice, the wife of Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, who is pregnant, will not attend the ceremony.
Prince Philip’s coffin has already been conveyed to the St. George’s Chapel. It was conveyed there in a modified Land Rover.
African Entertainment understands that the Land Rover was partly modified by Prince Philip himself.
