The New York native has had a lucrative acting career since the film debuted and she went on to star in projects like The Business of Strangers, The Bourne Identity franchise, Mona Lisa Smile, The Prince and Me, The Omen, Silver Linings Playbook, Blue, Out of the Dark, The Great Gilly Hopkins, The Drowning, Hustlers, Riviera, and The God Committee.
Julia is married to Preston J. Cook and they have one son together.
Sean Patrick Thomas as Derek Reynolds

After this box office hit, Sean earned a string of leading roles in projects like Halloween: Resurrection, Barbershop and Barbershop 2, The District, A Raisin in the Sun, The Murder Pact, and The Curse of La Llorona.
He married Aonika Laurent after meeting at a Barbershop wrap party. They have two children together.
Kerry Washington as Chenille Reynolds

Kerry’s career skyrocketed after the film, going on to star in notable projects like Ray, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Fantastic Four, Little Man, The Last King of Scotland, I Think I Love My Wife, Lakeview Terrace, For Colored Girls, Django Unchained, Scandal, American Son, Little Fires Everywhere, and Prom.
Along with acting, she’s also a producer and director. Kerry is married to former NFL star-turned actor Nnamdi Asomugha and they have two children together.
Fredro Star as Malaki

Before he added actor to his resume, Fredro Starr was known for being the found member of the rap group Onyx. After starring in Save the Last Dance, he went on to be featured in The Wire, Blade: The Series, Darling Nikki: The Movie, CSI: Miami, Equal Standard, and Asbury Park.
He’s been married to Korina Longin since 2007 and they have two sons together.
Bianca Lawson as Nikki

After earning her first feature film-starring role in Save the Last Dance, Bianca went on to star in projects like Breakin’ All the Rules, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, Witches of East End, Rogue, and Queen Sugar.
Her father is actor Richard Lawson and as of 2015, she became Beyoncé’s step-sister.
Terry Kinney as Roy

The Illinois-born actor went on to make appearances in Oz, Runaway, Canterbury’s Law, The Mentalist, The Good Wife, Billions, Inventing Anna, as well as the upcoming crime drama The Little Things, with Denzel Washington and Rami Malek.
Besides projects on the big and small screen, Terry has also directed several theater productions including A Streetcar Named Desire and One Flew Over the Cukoo’s Nest.
Vince Green as Snookie

Vince continued to land feature roles in projects like Hardball, Barbershop, Half & Half, Lottery Ticket, The Soul Man, and Glitch Techs.
Garland Whitt as Kenny

Elisabeth Oas as Diggy

The Michigan-born actress went on to star in films like Unconditional Love, Under the City, Witches’ Night, and Into Temptation.
