Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit Nene came together for a film that became iconic in Hindi cinema. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas was a grand affair which everyone was excited to witness on the big screen and when they did, it was visually alluring. From opulent sets to emotional scenes, pitch perfect acting and heart-wrenching dialogues, the film got nearly everything right.
Today, the film completes 19 years since its release and to celebrate the same, SRK took to social media to post pictures and write a little about the film. He wrote, “All the late nights,early mornings, problems worked out bcoz of the gorgeous @MadhuriDixit, the stunning Aishwarya, ever cheerful @bindasbhidu, full of life @KirronKherBJP & the whole team slogging under the masterful Bhansali. Only issue-the dhoti kept falling off! Thx for the love”.
