Desmond Elliot turned out to be the least favourite celebrity to walk the red carpet of the just concluded Headies. 

Interestingly, it had nothing to do with the actor turned legislator’s outfit (he looked dapper) but for his comments on the EndSARS protests from last year.

Twitter-savvy Nigerians mounted an intense shame campaign that lasted for hours with the Honourable at the top of it. Users compared the House of Reps member to a number of irrelevant things from trash cans to roasted plantain.
